國慶人流量多沒有能按原計劃的升房型，這個可以理解。但是給我們辦理的前台態度需要改進，辦理時間太長，本來舟車勞頓心情已經很差了，雖然不差幾分鐘但也沒給我個好臉色。我和她説訂了三天的房又不聽我講直接給我刷的兩天的卡，最後還得再重新刷，然後一直在那裡等她們弄好前前後後耽誤個十分鐘。

自駕路過柳州，找了這家酒店，環境不咋樣，而且剛好在裝修中，走道里堆着裝修材料，房間還不錯，衞生可以，樓下就能停車，吐槽一下早餐，品種少，沒什麼吃的，長者糖尿病稀飯甜豆漿都不能喝，衹喝了一杯白開水，雖然衹有十元一份，還不如到邊上早餐店吃。

房間設施齊全，服務人員素質高，跟一些快捷商務酒店很不一樣，因為我睡眠質量不好所以預訂的時候聯繫酒店安排安靜的房間，前台服務特別周到，到了酒店直接登記入住了，房間安靜設施新，衞生也做得很好無異味，床品舒服，總體物超所值，而且門口可停車，離柳州站也很近

第一次來廣西玩，住了這家酒店發現各個方面都還不錯，環境挺好，沒有想象中那麼差。位置很好找，我從柳州站打車10幾分鐘就到了。柳州的螺螄粉果然還是正宗的好吃。前台小姐姐都很漂亮，服務也很好，有什麼需要幫助都會和及時幫我解決。衞生房間還可以，看得出來大家很用心

初來柳州出差，第一次體驗到酒店的服務很棒，到樓上，大姐也非常熱情打招呼，指引房間去向，感覺到回家感覺，門口還有大叔指揮停車，停車場也比較大，以後來柳州出差，首先選這家，值得推薦

房間可以、乾淨整潔、一百多塊還包早餐，就是吃早餐時沒看到是七點半開始的、因為趕時間我們七點零就去吃了、服務阿姨問我們是不是團隊的、是團隊的就七點用餐、不是團隊的七點半，弄得我們有點尷尬、都來了難道叫我們走嗎？後來也就用餐了。
