酒店大堂在6樓，前台的服務人員熱情大方，因為趕時間沒有吃午餐，14:00鍾時又累又餓，萬幸酒店冰廂內的八寶粥幫了大忙，一罐下去感覺舒服很多，房間整體乾淨整潔，配置合理。

我訂的大床房酒店給我升級了行政套房，有個客廳和長沙發，正好可以給小朋友睡，空間很大很安靜乾淨。酒店的早餐品種也很多，挺好吃的。酒店地址很方便，樓下就是萬象城，但因為太旺了要跟商場爭停車位，電梯也等得比較久。五一這個價格和服務還是挺不錯的。

五一我們帶孩子去柳州玩，精挑細選最後決定入住優範酒店，很滿意。早餐種類豐富，前台工作人員彬彬有禮，態度很好，還給小朋友贈送了洗漱用品，客房整潔舒適，賓至如歸。酒店就在萬象城，吃飯、逛街很方便，窯埠古鎮的夜景也很美麗，很開心的旅程，下次來柳州還會入住優範酒店的。
