民宿環境和衞生都還不錯。但是周圍就是鎮上，沒有風景，沒有可看的景點，民宿就長者家在家，服務很一般，另外如果是手殘黨慎入（不自己做飯），因為周圍沒有特別好吃的飯菜，比如你想吃瀏陽蒸菜，可能都沒有好的選擇，要驅車幾十公里，民宿不提供飯菜。另外一個最普通木質四腳桌，桌上漆麪我們燒烤的時候損壞了一小圈，開始説要我們自己修復好（這個我們不可能做的到嗎），後面又説賠50，這個反正就仁者見仁智者見智，我是覺得賠貴了，但是長者家抓着你講，我也不敢爭，怕等下刺激了長者家還麻煩些。

如果衹是想幾家人找個地方住一晚搞個燒烤而別無所求的話，還是可以來。環境：民宿本身衹是在一個小鎮的土坡上，並沒有太好的視野和周遭環境，且到明年五月之前旁邊都在搞基建，所以建房子用的泥沙之類的直接攤在前坪，早上七點之前就會開始施工。衞生：房間衞生真的不行。入住的房間抽屜里居然還留有上位房客用過的口罩，且房間地板縫隙裏很臟，什麼蟲*、蟲子屍體之類的應有盡有，所以能推斷是不存在吸塵這一説的。且茶杯裏有茶垢，水壺裡除了有水垢、還有黑黑的不知名東西。服務：工作人員態度還算好，衹是房間裏應該有的肥皂什麼的都沒有，礦泉水多給一瓶都需要算錢。且方方面面都對孩子不友好（細節太多不贅述）且衞生間的沐浴露、洗髮水應該是變質的（有圖片）早餐：每年住店無數，第一次遇見早餐是店家點的外賣，用塑料袋裝着請客人自己下來按人頭領取。總結：地理位置、環境、服務、和硬件都不能匹配上價格。

房間可以住四人，很乾凈。有性價比。房間的一次性毛巾浴巾感受到了老闆的貼心。晚上可以在一樓唱歌。早晚涼爽。目前正在建設二期，期待民宿的二期。

宮崎駿治癒系的温暖民宿。香氛可以感受到女主人的體貼細膩。貓貓地墊孩子特別喜歡。在陽台上，可以側耳傾聽吹過來的山風，恬靜素雅。即使什麼也不想説。

老闆娘漂亮、熱情，住宿期間家人生病了，老闆娘把自己的牛奶拿出來給病人增加營養，非常熱心！早餐是現煮的米粉，味道非常不錯！

山居民宿，周邊環境談不上，無早餐，不過中晚飯就在民宿吃，當地土菜正宗，味道鮮美，老闆服務熱情。可能是文家市最好的民宿住宿了！
