Yuezhi Hotel （Changsha liuyang Rainbow Mall）

The hotel service staff are very friendly and the environment is elegant. There is an outdoor lounge area and swimming pool, and there is a coffee bar on the first floor. You can get a new product coupon for free when you check in at the front desk. It is very comfortable to have a glass of wine in the evening and sit outside to enjoy the breeze! The room facilities are complete, the room is large, and the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. It is highly recommended!

This front desk is really bad. I have never seen such a bad front desk. They don’t take customers seriously at all. They go their own way and deal with things in their own way. This made me feel really bad in the morning. I believe I will be in a bad mood in the next few days because of this. It's very bad. It's very disappointing. I don't understand how the front desk of a place can come so early to ruin other people's mood. I think it makes me extremely disappointed with this hotel and I will never visit again. 設施：非常新，畢竟酒店今年新開的。 衞生：可以的，比較乾淨。而且衞生間是淋浴，🚽，洗臉盆三分離，非常方便使用，互不干涉。 環境：不錯，酒店冰箱裏的飲料免費，停車免費。停車場也很正規，就是停車位稍微少了點。看完煙花回來可能會地下停車場沒有位置停，但是酒店門口馬路上也有一排停車位！酒店位置也不錯，畢竟縣城衹有這麼大，去哪裡都不遠，旁邊零食店，吃飯的地方都有！ 服務：酒店服務很熱情，也很到位，送了歡迎水果，帶孩子還送了兩份。客房服務也非常快，有超多東西可以選擇！ 稍微有點需要改進的是入住的時候讓我們加了管家微信，也輸了車牌號，但是每次出停車場還要和管家説才能抬桿，這個有點多此一舉，可以設定輸入車牌後24小時內免費進出。這樣也節省人工成本，也方便住客。另外就是加的管家微信應該是一個會一直放在酒店前台的手機的微信號，這樣就一直有人看手機，回覆信息！

第一次來瀏陽，這家酒店給我留下了深刻的印象。酒店非常新，服務特別好，有免費洗衣服務，還提供了很多物品，特別是服務管家姚梓晴，要給美女一個大大的贊。辦理入住後，第一時間加了微信，介紹瀏陽的美食和交通，真的好貼心！

房間很大，很乾凈，整個酒店感覺非常香。早飯種類很多，我喜歡他家的碼子粉。前台很熱情，3-4個人服務我一個人，感受到了貴賓級別的待遇。房間送了水和飲料，還有歡迎水果和手寫賀卡，非常有心。

酒店的位置方便，工作人員都非常的熱情，讓人感覺很舒服，環境很贊，房間乾淨衞生，洗澡水很大，床和枕頭都很舒服。下次有機會肯定還會再來。
