預訂了去到前台説沒有我們訂單後面打電話給官方客服那個前台又説找到了，房間裏面衞生差剛進去地下就有煙頭，馬桶裏麪都是煙灰，馬桶上都是水，打電話問前台他還説他不知道可以退房醉了大晚上的叫我退了去哪裡

一進門前台接待，問打掃保潔工作人員哪些房間可用，一聽我們是住3個小時的鐘點房遭到打掃衞生的保潔當著顧客麪笑出聲，弄得顧客尷尬不已，一點職業素養都沒有，不管是住鐘點房還是開一間，都是顧客的自由，一進房間中央空調不制熱，開了一個多小時的空調還是冷，下去果斷退了房，不會再來了，服務態度差，大冬天又沒空調使用。

房間太暖扣十塊錢清潔費用，我有些許不理解😅我去入住的時候煙灰缸裏還有一口痰，你們知道這有多噁心嗎，我還沒有投訴你們，你們反而扣了我清潔費🙂紙巾也衹有一點點，我去入住酒店難道不是為了方便嗎？我住酒店還要自己打掃衞生嗎？如果這樣子的話那你們的清潔工阿姨是幹什麼的🙂
