除了前台王進經理的服務態度熱情積極，不怕麻煩，不管提什麼要求都積極配合，剩下的所有真是太差勁了！國慶期間1800多的房費，體驗感極差，連最普通的商務酒店都不如，電視不好用空調不好用，門還關不上，王進經理幫我們換了兩次房，才換了一個差不多的。

房間的佈局非常合理，室內的設施齊全，觀景的陽台非常大。如果再配兩把休閑的椅子，就便於在陽台上品茶觀看風景呢！無論是出遊觀景還是吃早餐都非常的方便。尤其是早餐，特別的營養，衞生，具有當地的特色，我非常喜歡。服務也很熱情周到！當然能夠與時俱進，把室內的佈局做的更好。那就錦上添花了！

優點：氣候宜人環境好，8月份去的早晚温度十七八℃，晚上捂着厚被子睡覺，白天最高温度也沒超過25℃，涼爽宜人。我們住在迎風園，房子建在山坡上週圍植被茂盛空氣清新，蟲鳴鳥叫不絕於耳。服務熱情，我們陪着長者來的腿腳不便，外出和去餐廳等都要頻繁的叫車接送，弄的我都有些不好意思了。
不足之處：各種設施明顯老化了。
提醒事項：各個住宿區的房間大多依山而建，進出房間都要爬樓梯，各個住宿區之間和到餐廳都是上下鋪坡的盤山路或是帶台階的路，有長者和腿腳不方便的需慎重。
晚上一定要關好門窗，這裏遠離城市，夜間周圍漆黑一片衹有住宿區的房間有燈光，各種知名的不知名的飛蟲趨光而來。
住宿區和梅花山景區是連在一起的，白天會有很多遊客來往穿梭，可能會影響到住宿休息。

我訂的是傲骨園雙卧，一樓客廳，二樓和三樓各有一張兩米大床，房內有洗手間和淋浴間，最亮眼的是在床邊有一個大圓型浴缸我兒子每天都在水裡邊玩邊看動畫片。由於是玻璃外牆整個都是透明的，要靠窗簾，尤其是三樓好熱。

這個環在青山翠柏中的酒店非常好，酒店設施都是星級標準，我們住的是複試的別墅。晚上很靜，8月下旬在梅山感受到了初秋的涼爽，晚上有點冷🥶。特別讚的是餐廳的飯菜，真的好吃！

梅花山整體環境確實不錯。高處確實也可以。
不過必須吐槽衞生條件過於差，可能拾因為生意不好造成沒人打理，床上有沙子，浴缸根本擺設裏面還有剩水，雙卧別墅三層樓，一樓大致數了一下至少十衹以上小指頭一樣大的蒼蠅到處飛。開上吊燈全部盯在燈上。
浴室出水特別困難，基本上就衹能是應付一下。
單是上面的點我都可以給4星左右。但是最讓人接受不到的是，這麼大度假酒店60間房的體量你感覺整個酒店衹有前台兩人+一個帶路的。更可氣的拾帶路的帶去房間沒有幫拿行李的意思。貴州雲南服務確實不咋樣。但這裏我是最佩服的。你可以理解為完全自助。沒有任何服務可言。早餐，直接不想點評。忘了拍照。衹能説慘不忍睹。本來有朋友還要來。直接訂了房都退了。
如果經營不走。可以關門。為什麼非要堅持開着坑顧客呢，顧客這麼辛苦地上來，有錯麼?
整體就是可以上去看一看，但絕不能手是住酒店，高處看看風景就行。

硬件：定的家庭⛺️屬於露營系列比較舒適的，很寬敞，凈高有2m+，完全沒有住帳篷的壓抑感。
軟件：酒店服務人員較少，服務一般，特別要差評的是酒店的餐食（很水+很坑），酒店提供自助燒烤，但是漫天要價。
但是山頂的風景絕美，周邊步行10分鐘就有小朋友的遊樂場。

梅花山人不多，漂亮到爆了！就喜歡不吵不鬧不擠的地方，住的地方很漂亮，畢竟這個價格在這個季節應該是性價比最高的小別墅了！晚上冷啊！不像三伏天啊簡直，避暑勝地！服務可以再加強一點，或許就更好了！
