室外環境比較好，畢竟是別墅區，但是入住體驗不好。室內有多處蜘蛛網，衞生情況讓人不得不質疑，準備入睡時，屋檐一直滴滴答答的，是水的聲音。隔音也很差，對面的人用水跟説話的聲音都能聽見。
