Staying here for a sports tournament. Our group was given a rate that guaranteed a pool and free breakfast according to the customer service employee who booked our rooms. Upon arrival the pool was green and closed down. The next morning we were informed there was no breakfast. The front desk staff have been rude and unhelpful, when they at at the desk at all as there hasn’t been anyone there to help on multiple occasions. Management should be reevaluated as they are clearly NOT doing their job. Falsely advertising amenities to potential guests and charging them for those promised amenities is unacceptable. Reimbursements should be made. I cannot believe Marriott would allow themselves to be associated with such a poorly run establishment.

The Good: Free parking The Bad: Front desk staff not enthusiastic about helping customers. The property is in need of renovation. Common areas need better upkeep. On-site dinning service or bar was subpar. The bedding was old and not comfortable at all.

see review below. receptionist was rude, wouldnt even look at us, & despite few people staying there that day (hmm… i wonder why!), she put us in a room directly next to ice maker & elevator. parking lot not well lit, easy for a car break-in to happen! will NEVER stay here again

Do I plan on staying here again? No, but I wouldn't tell someone to not stay here. I needed to go to Little Rock for a night and cheap (on points if possible). This was my best option for conserving points. However, no free breakfast in the morning like most hotels I stay at. Internet was good. Worked great, even for an evening videoconference. But, the TV needs some work. There was not a great selection of channels, but my TV would cut out a little bit every minute or so, so you would miss small parts of the show. However, the bed was better than I expected and the place was very quiet for being so close to so much traffic.

Upon walking in I could tell the hotel was being renovated. The Bistro area is surrounded by plastic curtains. When I made the reservation no where in the process was the fact that the restaurant is closed was disclosed. Bummer. I arrived a little after dinner so I went into the pantry for a diet Pepsi. There were none. Would have been nice if the restaurant detail would have been disclosed.

Experienced traveler. I experienced it to be nicer. Felt like a 2 star Days Inn Hard to find the hotel coming from the west. Once I found it, I couldn’t find the main entrance so went in what I thought was a restaurant/bar and that’s where the friendly staff greeted me. My room was supposed to be a king with a sofa bed. There was no sofa, just a chair. I didn’t need the extra bed so didn’t complain. Website says no connecting rooms but mine was. Sad to say but I was surprised that there were no bugs, my socks didn’t get dirty from the carpet, and my car was safe. The tub was gross so I didn’t use it. If you can afford it, stay elsewhere.

On my way home from a businees trip to Florence KY. Stopped here for the night. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The lounge had a great bar with some great food. The bartender was training a new bartender, and I recieved some of the trial drinks on the house....I will stay here again if I am ever in the area.

Hotel is trashed. You know it is bad when they have to unlock the front door for you to get in the hotel before 11;00 at night! More construction vehicles and trailers than parking spots - You can’t even pull up to the main entrance because the employees park their cars there instead! There were cars casing the parking lot when we arrived!! They poured the rooms full of some floral sprays - makes you gag!!!! Room is not clean! Attendant at desk is very nice but RUN FROM THIS LOCATION!!!
