The Wigwam Resort-Phoenix-Litchfield Park Area

I checked into the wigwam after a terrible airbnb situation. After 6 Hours dealing with it, I was exhausted at almost midnight when I arrived to the Wigwam and was greeted by Jadyn. I couldn’t help but to unload as I checked in at how terrible my other experience was and how they treated me. Jadyn listened and for the first time that day/night I had felt welcome and in a safe place. She made sure to get us into a comfortable room and had Nathaniel assist us in getting settled in. Nathaniel was so empathetic and calming in bringing in everything we needed. I felt like I was asking so much in the middle of the night and no ask was to big even sharing his personal waters with me. I felt like Jadyn stayed up with me as I phoned her a few times through the night when I realized that I needed to extend the stay as my original trip was 5 nights. She made me feel like she was a friend that cared about me and its because she did care. I rested my head that night in the most beautiful room feeling supported by really awesome humans. I have always loved the wigwam but an employee like Jadyn doesn’t come along often and as fate would have it that was her first night back working the night shift and I truly needed her after my prior ordeal. She was the face of the establishment and represented them 20/10. Her and Nathaniel both continued to check in on me and do kind things for me specifically stating that they wanted me to get the welcome that the airbnb didn’t give me, its a long story

The Wigwam has a very unique charm. Calming quiet property. All the staff were great during our stay. We golfed, had a message at the spa, and dined at Reds and Wigwam Bar.

Loved our 3-day birthday staycation! Room was beautiful, resort very clean, amazing spa/massage, fantastic dinner at Litchfield's, great breakfasts at Wigwam Grill, and overall exceptional & friendly service by all the staff: Patricia/Crystal (Massage), Mildred (Litchfield's), Jack (Poolside service), Matt (In-room dining) & Cassie/Delilah (Wigwam Grill). Can't wait for our return trip!

Had a peace full stay for our honeymoon. Place was beautiful and quiet. Just wish the microwave rental was $25 flat fee for the stay and not per day. There are no vending machines anywhere on the property but there is a small market. When we happened to go there they were closed. It might be better if you bring your own snacks.

Adult pool was close. Food and drink were overpriced. I bet it was awesome in the 60's and maybe even the 70's.

The pool was very dirty including a dirty diaper and food laying around. The room had a dirty bathroom. It took a very long time to check in. I have stayed there a long time ago and it was wonderful but I was really disappointed this time.

We love this resort and area, so peaceful! We enjoyed the adults only pool and 3 rounds of golf. The breakfast included was very good, housekkeping great, all staff friendly, wthis is a new go to golf getaway for us, thanknyou!

Great property. Have come here twice for a conference. The banquet food is always great. It's an easy venue to get around. The rooms are super spacious. Very pleasant stay. Enjoyed sitting out on my patio at night and looking at the palm trees!

We found this gem by fluke, and we enjoyed every second of our stay. The King Suite was amazing, spacious, clean and overall perfect. The staff was all friendly, and all the buildings have such a rustic charm. We managed to get in a couple rounds of golf on 2 of 3 beautiful courses. We honestly can't wait to come back!
