We stayed here in July during the horse festival. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly, but there were some significant issues. The shower only had hot water during the afternoon because they relied on a solar hot water heater. The shower did not drain properly. They did not have coffee or even tea at breakfast. The windows were low quality and the room was quite noisy from traffic. The lobby smelled of toxic paint or some kind of epoxy. It was very strong and intense. When we used the heating system , that smell ended up in our room! When we visit again, we will choose another hotel.

Rooms were very large and comfortable. Junior Suite probably not worth the money though, regular rooms are quite large.

The front desk service was excellent. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. The breakfast was also very rich, with butter tea and freshly ground coffee. I also want to praise Ctrip's service; they resolved issues efficiently and promptly.

The first room's key card wouldn't open the door. I waited for the waiter to change the card, then went in to shower, only to discover the shower head was broken. The waiter said they'd replace it right away, but after waiting 50 minutes, nothing happened. I called the front desk, but they said they were out getting one. It was already 10:50 PM. I insisted on being moved. The room I was given wasn't working, and the sink wasn't draining!

The oxygen concentrator was a real plus. While the oxygen supply wasn't very high, it was more than enough for a good night's sleep. This is what the room door looked like after turning off the lights. The door lock was loose, with no soundproofing or security at all. The TV didn't work, and they said the phone connection wasn't working. The disposable toiletries were terrible, with hair on the sheets.
