This is a very satisfactory room during my trip to western Sichuan. The location of the B&B is convenient and parking is available at the door. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic. The price of the hotel is reasonable and cost-effective. The bathroom is very clean, there is plenty of hot water, and you can blow dry immediately after washing without getting high. In addition, there are oxygen supply facilities, and overall I am very satisfied.

Let’s talk about the problem first. The room has a terrace, but the doors and windows cannot be opened. The staff did not inform us when we checked in. As a result, after opening the door at night, we came back to the room with a swarm of big flies buzzing around. It took us half an hour to get out. Before I went to bed, I heard a scratching sound on the bedside. I was so frightened that my husband and I quickly changed beds. In the middle of the night, a mouse ran directly over my head. I wasn’t sure it was a mouse at the time. I was so scared that I couldn’t sleep until the next day. The next day I saw the snack that had been eaten and I was sure it was a rat. It was the first time in my life that a rat ran over my head, and now I am still frightened. For breakfast the next day, I asked the staff twice but they didn't tell me that the B&B can go directly to the restaurant and the breakfast was relatively simple. Again, I informed the boss about the rats, and he handled the situation very proactively. He refunded the room fee and expressed his gratitude. He was sincere and the facilities in the room were relatively complete. So if I was angry and wanted to leave a negative review, I will give it a negative review instead.

It is a B&B with great regional culture. It has complete facilities inside, including heating in the bathroom, floor heating in the room, oxygen supply and projector. It is a great experience. The breakfast is even more surprising. It tastes like local people. There are not many varieties, but it is exquisite and thoughtful. I like it.
