Oxygen supply in one of the two rooms we booked was broken and we had a little trouble breathing in the middle of the night.

房間環境和大小還是不錯的，最最最不滿意的是熱水，小朋友第一個洗，説水太冷了，説洗時淋浴柱顯示才35度，高原上洗那麼冷不要感冒高反的啊！！！馬上打了前台電話説讓放水久一點，後來來了個説是維修師傅，查看了一下説去看看，讓換房也説是滿房了的，都這樣。我們衹能等了好久，師傅説總温度調高了，我們過了一會再看，好嘛這水温是越來越低了的，才31度讓洗冷水澡嗎？？？！！！酒店不求多高大上連基本的洗澡都不能保證，也沒有任何解決方案和補救措施！！！竟然還發短訊要五星好評

酒店位置就在理塘縣中心 周邊出行遊玩吃飯比較方便
酒店環境乾淨衞生無異味 配有製氧設備能有效緩解高反 不過供氧時間在20:00-次日7:00 高反嚴重的需帶上氧氣罐

房間佈置很實用，有三把椅子，衞生間乾濕分離，床品乾淨，房間配備了瀰漫式供氧裝置、加濕器、地暖，置身其中非常舒適，停車場很大。

房間寬敞，乾淨，設施齊全，晚上提供免費氧氣，對於擔心高反的人，很友好。樓下停車和吃飯都很方便，有高城鵬飛氂牛肉店和吃飯的湯鍋。

理塘不愧是世界高城，嚴重高反衹能在酒店躺着，製氧機效果一般，可能也是因人而異吧，整體滿意，有雙不要的鞋丟在房間，前台特意打電話問是不是忘記了。
