The owners were nice but I couldn't communicate in English. They have a hotel cat.
The room was really nice, but there were some issues. The ceiling was leaking water overnight. A constant drip sound and water on the floor, luckily not on the bed. My bathroom also has drainage problems. The floor was also very dusty and dirty. It was explained in the morning when a sledge hammer was being used on the floor above starting at 8am. Not a big issue, but they also didn't give me the obligatory two bottles of water. I had to boil my own. No heating, but there is an electric blanket.
This will be a good hotel once they sort a few issues out.

The room is very clean, the room and bathroom are very large, there is heater in the bathroom, so it is not cold in winter! There are many parking spaces downstairs, and the location is very good. There are food and milk tea on the street outside, and it is also convenient to order takeout. It is the most convenient hotel on National Highway 318.

The boss is very enthusiastic and a very nice person, but the environment is really bad. The bathroom is very smelly and the floor heating is basically ineffective. The hot water was not hot. I didn't sleep well all night and woke up several times from the cold
