Car park is not enough for the guests.
Wardrobe didn’t has hangers. Wardrobe is used for store cutlery, glasses, cups and plates.
Microwave oven installed too higher, it is not safe to bring the hot stuff out from the oven.
Room’ s door has a big gap with the floor, we can see the light from corridor.

This is a basic hotel. Nice enough reception staff. No cleaning service though. I stayed 2 nights and the tea and coffee wasn't replaced and towels not changed, bin not emptied. I didn't have high expectations therefore I wasn't disappointed. Not sure if this business is still in recovery stage post 2022 floods. If so would come back to support them to improve their business.

When we got to the motel at 3pm the office was closed and they were booked out. So we were unsure of what was offered. The room was large with a separate lounge. My biggest concern was the bathroom. It had been cleaned but was so dirty. They had cleaned the centre of the room but all around the edges it was filthy. I will never stay here again. I would rather sleep in my car

Checked in OK. Staying in Lismore for a swimming carnival. About 8.30 the music from the hotel next door started. We eventually realised we were. It going to get any sleep. We moved hotels. Booked through ***********. No idea it would be like this. We will not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it if you need a goods nights sleep.
