A lovely hotel, very well positioned in Lisieux for exploring the town and the 3 cathedrals. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The room we had was quite small but absolutely fine for a short stay. The restaurant had an extensive menu, mainly French country style. Unfortunately, the set menu which was available to our coach party was limited. Staff were very approachable, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

This is a very good hotel. We received excellent service from all the staff we met and they are clearly a team fully committed to their work. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. We slept well with no disturbance from the busy road outside our window. The hotel is well situated for exploring Lisieux and the secure parking garage was much appreciated. The on-site restaurant is sensibly priced and the food is of a good standard and well presented; we ate here for both nights of our stay and were not disappointed, A particular bonus of the hotel is its spacious and comfortable lounge/bar which is the perfect place to relax after a day's travel.

Older style hotel in the centre of Lisieux with double doors at the entry and older style bathroom. Comfortable bed and adequate room for a long distance traveller. There’s no coffee or tea making facilities or a fridge. Patisserie and supermarkets nearby. Would stay again

We Had Stayed here before and looked forward to the trip . The hotel has changed owners and has had a very nice face lift . The room was excellent and had a super bathroom . The bar area,was really well made over . The restaurant is just getting going and the menu is limited .However as my wife vannot eat fish the manager Pierre spoke to the chef and he prepared a special main course .Service above and beyond . All of the staff were very friendly and efficient .The off street parking is a big plus .all in all a very good experience . Definitely Recommend this Hotel . O

Hotel with good location to explore area we were part of coach party. We were delayed by Traffic however as soon as we reached the hotel a manager came out and help unload the cases asap and there were sent to our rooms very soon after. The managers on the reception team stood out for me the three guys all went the extra mile. One of our group was taken into the hospital and the hotel help get their luggage to them and offering to help should our guide need anything translated at the hospital in respect of insurance. All this was above anything which they needed to do and was a refreshing to see a management team who went the extra mile without being asked to help. I had some food issues again the team stepped up to help ensure the day before I choose a meal for the next evening. The Chef was really nice and came to reception to offer some meal selections. He made some cheese quiches which were superb and a very nice dish with courgettes and cheese.

We stayed here as a family for one night in July on the way from Switzerland to Cherbourg. We were looking for one room for three and reserved over the phone. The hotel is centrally located and our room was clean and recently refurbished to a good standard. We ate dinner in the restaurant; the food was tasty and prices were very reasonable. What was important for us was the secure parking which is in a street-level garage as our car was full of luggage. There are several cafes within short walking distance if you like to take breakfast outside as we did. I would stay here again; the hotel is convenient, our room was comfortable and the staff were friendly!

We were travelling on Motorcycles, the secure parking is excellent. The rooms are great. The breakfast selection very good.
The rooms, however, have not got air con. The temp on the day we arrived was in high 20’s possible up to 30* if the window opened biting midges/gnats came in straight away. So a little uncomfortable in high heat. No drink! Not a bottle if water nir coffee making facilities provided?
