#位置交通在麗水高鐵站旁邊，走路幾分鐘、交通很便利！需要爬樓梯到二樓，是小區裏的家庭房，一樓是房東自己家人住入住在二樓（如果有行李箱好像是可以走旁邊的大坡路的，具體可以再問問老闆#房間設施入住的女生房是一個上下床，入住當天衹有我，也是算是住了有準備兩床被子，怕冷也可以加5塊開空調，價格也比較合理。有窗户面向的是大馬路，白天比較吵，晚上還是比較安靜#衞生基礎設施還行，衞生打掃的很乾凈，接待的阿姨也很熱情

老闆大姐特別善解人意，住宿旅行需求都能解決。衞生、餐飲、超市、出行各方麪條件都挺好又便利，高鐵站、高鐵長途客運站和高鐵公交終點站三合一去任何景點和麗水市區內（其實高鐵站區域也是市區）都特別方便且鬧中取靜。唯一的問題是衹有一個衞生間，人多的時候需要排隊等候。空調額外+5元。會再來。

49一個床位不算便宜，但體驗感不值這個價。青旅在小區裏面家庭式，設施老舊，插座極少，風扇衹能吹下鋪，吹不到上鋪。開空調需要另付費，wifi衹要關上門就收不到，女老闆的態度也很一般，衞生也一般，反正不會再去了。

各地的青旅都住過了，這個應該衹能算自住房改建，首先有個問題我和同住者都發現了，在預訂頁面上寫的是有獨立的私人衞生間，但實際上一層都是公用的，這一點是否涉嫌虛假宣傳？此外還有一個就是水不熱，晚上洗的時候我以為是用水量太大導致水熱的慢，匆匆洗了個澡，想着第二天一早再洗頭，但第二天起來水一樣不熱，雖然冷也還是洗了，還好吹風機比較給力。其他方面還能接受，地理位置確實可以，但靠着車站馬路比較吵，同住的夥伴為此第二天起得很早，而我因為前一天坐了通宵硬座，很快就睡著了也終於恢復了體力。三星希望老闆能夠再改進一下。
