這民宿是我歷來住酒店最滿意的一次！衞生、環境、服務都非常好！特別是住宿環境藝術氛圍非常棒！以前住宿從不做評價，這次真的是非常好！以後去麗水就選這家了！！

去冒險島水世界玩，住在這裏很方便，開車也就十分鐘！位置就在麗水學院對面，周圍美食環繞，吃東西太方便了，房間環境很好，設施新，床品和衞浴細節也很好，下午免費送水果和點心，晚上送綠豆湯，離店送伴手禮，服務太好了！唯一美中不足的是邊上有個工地，早上七點多就開始施工，有點吵，除此之外這個酒店真的很完美，性價比很高

這家應該是五星級的賓館，入住後內心相當震撼，房間大，五十多平米，裝修堪稱豪華，精工細作，智能化的窗簾和門鎖，充滿着現代化氣息，別具風格洗漱間，令人贊歎不覺。寬大的長廊，裝飾成鄉村樸實化，充滿着濃郁鄉土氣息，誠如其宗旨—城市中的民宿，絕對適合休閑度假旅遊，才350元的價格，性價比遠高於東方文廷！不足的是，標識不明，剛來時，找不到停車處；沒有小冰箱；早餐太簡單了，入住兩天幾乎一樣一樣；地下停車庫的收費掃描機不能識別新能車，如此頗費周折，前台小梅姑娘應該知道的。假如這些都能儘快改進的話，想必是五顆星唾手可得！

帶女兒到麗水學院複試的，特地選了這家離麗水學院近的酒店，確實很近，電梯裏透過玻璃都能看見麗水學院在對面。挺滿意的，女兒很開心，晚上也很安靜，酒店服務還不錯，送了水果和綠豆湯，抽屜裏還送了耳塞，如果覺得吵可以用，但是晚上真的非常安靜，耳塞沒用上，房間隔音比較好，小度還能放音樂，確實非常不錯！

房間設施很不錯，很大，很舒適，性價比超高。地理位置很好，尤其我們去麗水學院，就在對面。交通和餐飲都很便利，就是早上臨街的房間有點吵

超讚的入住體驗，周邊配套設施齊全，吃喝玩樂都有，很方便。酒店設施不錯，親子房2張1.8的大床太贊啦，小朋友很喜歡大浴缸，酒店服務人員很友好，雖然房間沒有冰箱，但樓層有公共冰箱，太貼心了！記得自駕出遊，出門前到前台告知一下車牌號，免費停車哦！

服務：小蘭服務周到很喜歡。
環境：民宿很有設計感，也比較隔音，不愧是城市中的民宿，地段好
設施：配備有浴袍之類的一次性洗簌用品需要在前台領，拖鞋也是一次性的，房間大且整潔，過道非常適合拍照打卡。
衞生：很乾凈，空氣清新
停車很方便還是免費的，下次還會來住
