新開的，就在麗職院邊上，出門右邊有個小門可以進麗職院。房間乾淨，設施都很新，早飯也不錯。服務也不錯。

地下車庫很乾凈，停車超級方便。房間真的很乾凈，新裝修就是不一樣，設備都很新，燈光很柔和，邊邊角角也很乾凈。整體氛圍很棒！周邊環境也很棒空氣很清新。窗簾很厚實，遮光性很好，而且還有早餐哦！工作人員很温柔耐心。

自駕回來路過麗水，順便住了一晚，酒店很新也很安靜。有免費地下車庫，前台、保安服務很熱情，大堂，餐廳在一樓。早餐有現煮的粉，麪條，房間乾淨，陽台鎖了不能出去，衞生間稍微小了點，其他都很棒！

我到前台了之後
服務人員很懶散，態度愛答不理的
前台桌面就亂七八糟 跟剛開業一樣
前台烏泱泱站了四五個人
幹站着説話不幹活的樣子
辦理入住還要先交700塊錢按金
過中國工商銀行的帳
商户還是麗水職業技術學院後勤服務有限公司
整體的感受就是服務低下
還要預收700的高額按金
（主要我一個赴考學生就住一晚）
進來之前看見門口拉了個橫幅
美名其曰提供青年黨員提升政治素養的入住空間
如果是有專項的服務人羣，那幹嘛還把店放入市場，讓社會大眾來選擇？！
房間缺點設施比較少，房間沒冰箱、沒全身鏡、沒化粧鏡。
而且早餐品種也少，早上想來杯自助咖啡也沒有，這點很扣分。
另外還沒有機器人配送外賣！

酒店新開業的，走廊上味道比較重，房間裏還行。離麗職院很近，酒店內就有路通往學校，不需要繞外面馬路，對於在麗職院裏考試的同學，這點很加分！（問了酒店小哥都不清楚，還是旁邊顧客告訴我的）
缺點：1.設施相對比較少，房間沒有冰箱、全身鏡、化粧鏡。
2.早餐品種也少，早上想來杯自助咖啡也沒有，這點很扣分。
3.外賣沒有機器人配送。
