It is about 500 meters away from the entrance of Guyan Huaxiang scenic spot, and it is not far to walk there , there is no breakfast, you can walk a little way in the morning and go to the lower bakery shop to buy buns, which are delicious. The boss is nice and responsive. But the quality of the aunt who cleans the room needs to be improved, because the luggage is stored in the room, and when we went back to get it, the aunt was cleaning and asked us to take off our shoes before entering the door. As a service industry, this move is really shocking. Another suggestion is to put a curtain in the bathroom, the bathroom is full of water after taking a shower, the floor is very slippery, and it is easy to fall. Except for the behavior of cleaning the aunt, I am very satisfied with everything else. I wish the boss a prosperous business~

民宿性價比還是可以，房間空調很棒，廁所超級小真的很擠，然後是熱水氣洗澡的，洗好一個人下一個要等它慢慢燒。投影基本看不清。然後民宿是不提供礦泉水的。民宿是沒有前台和服務人員的。

有到家的感覺，2室一廳寬大明亮，設施齊全，乾淨衞生，服務周到，離古堰畫鄉步行幾百米的路程。景區分2部分：古堰與畫鄉之間有一條甌江。這裡有千年樟樹。風景優美。

民宿性價比可以，價格合適，空調很好，不提供礦泉水，沒有前台無服務，廁所超級小很擠人，投影儀基本看不清。

晚上21點開始入住，先後換了三個房間，第一個衞生間頻繁跳閘，接觸不良；第二次換房間衞生間排水有問題一個人洗澡都是水，且空調製熱太差；第三次換房間，小米空調製熱還是不好，房門關好睡一晚空調都沒有打熱，小米空調製熱太差，真太差，換房間三次折騰到23點，真無語。冬天入住的慎重考慮。

性價比超高，環境非常乾淨，價格親民，超大的陽台可以直接看到甌江江景，我們一家三口入住，老闆把客廳沙發給我們改成了沙發床，這個非常的贊，衞生間乾濕分離，有洗衣機，離畫鄉景區也就 2-3 分鐘路程，周邊環境比較安靜，個人非常滿意，值得推薦給大家！

離古堰畫鄉景區不遠，公寓有地下免費停車場，電梯可直達。公寓房房間大，有客廳等設施全。但比酒店區別的是不提供早餐、礦泉山，4人入住僅有一間衞生間，洗澡、上廁所均要等待，建議提前幫打開電熱水器燒水，遊玩入住時間較晚，加熱電熱水器等待時間太長。紗窗沒關好，房間蚊子太多太多，不過聯繫後，管家速度送來電蚊香液和蚊香👍🏻。崩潰的是夜晚不知道誰家k歌到凌晨二點多，害得長者睡不着😂
