The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. In the morning, we were told that there would be no breakfast due to a water leak in the kitchen. We were told that the breakfast fee would be refunded, but it was not refunded.

What a great hotel Nice and clean with all mod cons The room was spotless with huge flat screen A great Cumfy bed A work desk And the coffee tray was well stocked But for me the trip was made by the warm welcomed that we were given by the guy on reception Steven ( I hope I spelt it right mate ) was warm , welcoming and a real asset to the brand

A lovely comfy clean hotel. The food was excellent. The staff well what can I say.... They are AMAZING... Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are the friendliest,funniest and kindest staff we have come across. We have been here for a week and will be sad to say goodbye to them all. Thank you all so much you are all suck hard workers. I stay in Premier Inn alot due to my job, this one stands out for me...staff from check in to bar service was faultless, really friendly and on a busy night the staff remained faultless which is the sign of a great team. I would normally stay in Belfast city but the cost of this also was favourable over others so big win all round

I had arrived very late at night following a ferry journey and was desperate for a bed. I was a walk-in. Dawn and Tina couldn’t have been more helpful in making this happen. The room was clean, the shower was hot, the hotel was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. This was exactly what I needed after a long day travelling.

This Hotel was absolutely spotless, couldn't fault our stay, the beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious for my family of 6 ,receptionist was very helpful and the morning waitresses was lovely, I would recommend and will be returning for another stay during the summer

Very good and friendly hotel ideal if you are visiting the Game of Thrones Studio tour as the Boulevard Shopping Centre is only 20 minutes drive away. There is also plenty to do nearby with a retail park and easy access into Lisburn itself. Food in the hotel is also good and ultimately the hotel is quiet during the night.

Great hotel and service. Rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast had options for everyone. Parking was good. Standard WiFi is not strong for streaming. Staff were brilliant. Close to Belfast and shopping area. Would definitely stay again.
