Far too brief a stay! Very spacious room, but spent much of the time in the communal kitchen and lounge. Stunning views and we enjoyed a glorious sunset whilst the swallows enchanted us with their evening feeding. Staff were fantastic - friendly, informative and keen that we enjoyed our stay. If we get back to Northern Ireland, this is where we'll make our first stop.

It’s a 15 mins drive from Balmoral show & is located in spectacular countryside. The accommodation is excellent. And host Jim cooks a mighty breakfast. Definitely will be back next year. Jim is very accommodating & will facilitate late check in. Very reasonably priced. 10/10

Stayed here recently for a family party. We were made very welcome by Jim and Heidi and they went out of their way to aid and assist us and help to make the party a success. There are a range of rooms which can sleep 2,3 or 4 people . All the rooms are spotless with very comfy beds. There was a good selection of items at breakfast time,all cooked to perfection by Jim. We had access to tea and coffee throughout the day which was much appreciated. This B n B is close to the international airport and also Belfast . It would make an Ideal centre for exploring both the north coast and the Mourne Mountains. Would highly recommend for your stay in Northern Ireland.

Beautiful spacious Lodge within easy reach of Belfast. Close to the airport and Lisburn itself. Wonderful welcome by Jim and Heidi and tea /coffee making facilities very convenient. We had a wonderful time here with lots of ensuite comfortable rooms. There were plenty of central areas for our party to relax. Views of the Mourne mountains and Lough Neagh. We will definitely return. Thank you.

I was welcomed by a lovely young man who greeted me at the door by my first name which made me feel welcome,showed me around, where I could make tea for myself, if I wanted, Then took me to my room and said if I needed anything to let him know I was very impressed I will certainly be booking this business again

This is the best bed and breakfast I have ever been to. The owner was so polite and could not have done more for me. I sustained damage to my own home and booked on a last minute deal. The price was fantastic and breakfast was exactly what I was after. Happy days. Thanks guys. Recommend to anyone !!

Beautiful building in the middle of stunning countryside, only 15 mins from Lisburn. Jimmy is a great host, and the breakfast is almost entirely made from local produce of the highest quality. Will definitely return. when next I travel to Northern Ireland

Beautiful large house with gorgeous views. The host Jim is always around to assist, and makes you an awesome breakfast of anything you want! Rooms are nice, with all the amenities you might need. Check-in and check-out is fast and easy, would stay here again any time!
