Situated at the top of the main Avenue in Lisbon, with plenty of options of public transport and the hop on hop off buses too. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Breakfast buffet was plentiful & included gluten free & dairy free options if you asked for them. My only negative point was the loud noise throughout the night. I assume it was an external fan for the air con system or similar. My husband slept through but unfortunately it kept me awake for the duration of the stay.

I had such a wonderful 4 night stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and breakfast buffet in the mornings was so plentiful. Everyday some of the breakfast offerings changed which was nice knowing there was variety each morning. The location was amazing and so central to all attractions and shops that you could walk everywhere within minutes. You were never more than a 30mins walk away from anything you needed and as a female solo traveller I never felt unsafe at all being in this location. Even at 10pm at night the location was busy with traffic and people. If you want to take the metro, the closest metro stn is a 5min walk away. The bedroom was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean with toiletries included. Only negative was that the gym is super small and only has cardio machines only and no weights but that's really a minor thing to point out. Will certainly recommend this hotel to friends who are visiting Lisbon.

Stay Hotel Lisboa is a great option for travelers seeking a laid-back, mid-priced hotel in Centro Saldanha. The hotel offers basic but clean rooms, providing a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring the city. It is conveniently located close to downtown, with many restaurants, bars, and landmarks within walking distance. The staff are warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Additionally, the nearby metro station makes it easy to reach the city’s most popular attractions. Overall, the experience was good. The only aspect that could be improved is late-night access to the hotel. The automatic doors are closed, and sometimes the receptionist is busy organizing breakfast or handling other tasks. Since the doorbell does not always work, guests may have to wait until the receptionist notices them.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was satisfactory. The location is a highlight, conveniently within walking distance of the metro station, making it easy to explore the city ((although it is even more convenient to call bolt and we mainly did that).The service was extraordinary—staff went above and beyond to assist with receiving a parcel for us, and their helpfulness truly stood out. However, we were disappointed to spot ants in our room, which affected our experience. Additionally, the absence of a gym was noticeable, and adding one would elevate the hotel’s appeal. Despite these issues, the excellent service and great location make it a decent choice for travelers.

Beautiful boutique hotel, nice restaurants and bars on sight. Superb service, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Enjoyed my stay immensely and will definitely stay there again, next time I am in Lisbon.

The location is not that bad especially if you have bought the day travel pass as the metro station Anjos nearby but the closer entrance is closed on Sun. There is a supermarket nearby as well. The room is generally clean.

The room was spacious and quiet, with three beds and a sofa, and a well-organized layout. We arrived on the weekend, and the hotel told us we were lucky enough to have free street parking until 9 a.m. on Monday. Breakfast was plentiful with sweets and fruit. I accidentally spilled coffee, and the waiter quickly brought me ice. The room was cleaned daily, highly recommended.

The location was very convenient for shopping, restaurants and local parks. The subway station is only a short walk from the hotel. The food options at the hotel were also very good. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

Stayed for 4 nights with friends, service was great, with a nice bar area. Room was great and the biggest bed ever and was very comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning. The light show was worth watching, sitting outside in the evening with a bottle of wine. Visited in November and was lucky to have great weather. Staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.

The location is convenient, the apartment is on the top floor, the room is quite nice, with a kitchen and refrigerator, the top floor is sunny, and it is very convenient to wash and hang clothes. A family can consider renting this type of room. The facilities are well maintained, clean and comfortable. The only pity is that there is no elevator. The high floor leads to high stairs, which makes it inconvenient to move luggage. Fortunately, there are staff to help move luggage. The staff are polite and friendly, very responsible, and the service is very enthusiastic.
