Well located, with access to the subway and several bus lines. The room and bathrooms are small - but nothing that reduces functionality for tourists who only use the House to rest. The shower favors the adaptation of temperature and jet - the shower only lacks a shelf. It has a minibar, electric kettle and they provide some tea bags. We were not shown the terrace or kitchen - having become aware of these when carrying out the assessment. Anyway, the staff were friendly and we had no problems with the elevator, despite it being old.

Without a doubt one of the best options to stay in Lisbon. It is central, clean, comfortable and welcoming. The receptionists are wonderful people, they helped us with everything and I only have words of gratitude. If we ever return to Lisbon, we will surely repeat

Our reservation was from the 10th to the 12/11/22. The Hotel checks in on the fifth floor. The building is old. On the ground floor, which was the entrance hall, we came across a sign that the elevator had been broken since 10/28/22. We called the concierge and they said there was nothing they could do. Then they did a "favor" to cancel the reservation free of charge. We were five people between 67 and 80 years old with a big suitcase and a small one each. We had to start looking for hotels in the vicinity and only in the room did we get availability. We got in touch to be reimbursed for the difference, as it was triple what we had booked in the month of July. The hotel was indifferent and blamed the multi-company that makes the reservation available, and the company blamed the hotel. Thus, we are at a loss, when it would have been more likely to have notified us and sought re-accommodation. In short, unreliable and poor hotel.

Gifts offered by my employees, I was there with my adult children. Super surprise, the room was very comfortable. The location is great, metro or walking. I will lastly remember the professional, cordial welcome and full of good advice. 2 days are not enough for the visit so I will see you very soon. THANKS

The room itself is not bad apart from the mildew smell. But the establishment cannot be called a hotel (so much so that the reception is not open 24 hours a day). It's a hostel or, forcing it A LOT, an inn. It is on the 5th floor of a well located and old building, where in the same building there are other companies and even another hostel.
