Look elsewhere…
I had purposely booked the luxury apar**ent. Upon checkin I messaged the serviced apar**ent contact to check whether this was in fact the luxury apar**ent (I suspected it wasn’t). Only after a day and a half later did I receive a response to say that there was some kind of mistake between my agency (*******) and their reservation system. I queried as to whether they could identify who was at fault. The response I received was that it was ‘a technical error made during the reservation, we cannot say for certain what informatic system caused it.’ An excuse at best with no ownership - bad customer service. There was an offer to adjust the price difference between the sub standard apar**ent and the luxury apar**ent. At the date of writing this review, no adjus**ent of pricing has occurred. Not that a mere adjus**ent is enough to rectify the issue that I was placed in an apar**ent that I didn’t book to begin with and there was no effort to move me to a suitable luxury apar**ent. To top things all off, here are the range of issues I found upon checking into this apar**ent: the exhaust in the bathroom was clogged with dust - it was also on the wall, there was no toilet roll holder, the toilet seat was not fixed to the toilet and was moving around, the remote for the air conditioning in the main bedroom did not work, the shower caddy was rusted. The exhaust, toilet seat and the remote were rectified mid way through my stay.
Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
