早餐還不錯，地鐵站就在邊上，交通很方便。但是，預訂的是廣場房，結果給的是大道房，方向完全相反，車來車往的不説，還有工地在施工，非常吵鬧，因為是進房後發現的，東西已經打開了，就不想換了。入住期間不但遭遇餐巾紙用完了沒有補，其他一些東西，比如茶包、浴帽、肥皂等也不是天天補充的，還遭遇了一次晚歸房間跳閘（漆黑一團）、門卡失效等小麻煩。再説説餐廳的服務吧，個別男服務員問好要什麼後，就去聊天了，東西半天不來。介意以上細節的寶們就訂連鎖店酒店吧，可能服務規範一點。

早餐真的非常棒。前台非常熱情幫助很大。房間偏小不實用，2個26寸箱子是擺不開的。house keeping有一些 粗心？漏了兩個枕套在我們的箱子裏，走之後才發現，衞生間的垃圾桶也並沒有放置妥當。以及最重要的一點，我不推薦任何女生單獨入住，這間酒店在移民區，Google map導航步行回酒店時，需要經過一條南亞移民街道，女生謹慎選擇

很差，馬桶沖水沖不了，水很小，且洗手池下水速度特別慢。另外臨街的位置，馬路上特別吵，根本睡不好，避雷……

酒店位置距離中心大概1公里，晚上還是儘量不要單人出行。會送每人一杯歡迎飲品在酒店樓下bar使用，芝士蛋糕超讚！酒店雖然歷史悠久但是裝修還是比較新的，房間有點小但是設施齊全。服務員都很熱心，特別是有個小哥，幫忙借傘還打印登機牌！

Superbe hôtel dans un bâtiment historique de Lisbonne et situé dans un quartier en plein renouveau. Le petit déjeuner est superbe et servi dans une belle salle de restaurant. Large choix et qualité. Les chambres sont parfaitement équipées et la literie est très confortable.
