I stayed at this hotel for one night and unfortunately, I had a terrible experience due to the lack of soundproofing in the room and the construction site opposite the hotel. It was impossible to sleep with all the noise from the street coming through, from the loud cars to people talking. To make matters worse, the construction work started at 7 am on a Saturday morning. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful night's rest.

Despite my late-night arrival, the Customer Service was still operational. The breakfast was delightful, the sauna experience was exceptional, and the cleaning staff were outstanding. Without a doubt, this is a recommended hotel for a stay in Lisbon.

The dinner and the breakfast were really amazing!
Location is near by lisbon aquarium.
When we went to sauna, it wasn't cleaned properly.

They are both Eurostar chains, so why are they so different from the one in Seville?
