Very well located, close to the train station, few Places and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean, in the bathroom I would smell the drain but we understand the old plumbing system so did not bother us. Breakfast has little bit of everything, so we enjoyed it. We definitely had a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend.

Hotel is on the hill top, centre of the old town, next to Sintra Palace, has parking garage, convenient place. Road are tight.
There are restaurants and pastry shop around, no supermarkets.
Place of interests in old town are spread so far apart by hilly roads. Pena palace on top of the hill.. Walking is possible but not advisable.
Hotel staff is reasonable. We stayed 2 nights and things are about standard for NH hotel... But they do charge you coffee capsules if u stay longer.. Ask.

Good Hotel. Clean and nice.
We stayed here for two nights and got the room with a balcony and able to see the palace at night.
Friendly reception.
Totally recommended to stay over Sintra for those who don’t want a hectic early day trip from Lisbon.
