The hotel is old and in a remote location, which is very inconvenient in the middle of the mountain. Taking the railway back to the hotel at night has to go through a dark path. The bathtub is poorly designed and is very high off the ground, making it prone to accidents. I would not recommend it if you are traveling with the elderly. The biggest problem was that I found a bed bug on the floor. I swatted it to death. I was afraid that if it jumped into the suitcase, I would take it home. This is really unacceptable. After all, I stayed for three nights. The hotel should arrange for pest control and pest control. It has been renovated. It is not recommended for everyone to rent this room in Lisbon.

We had a fantastic stay in a spacious room and appreciated the warm, friendly staff. We also loved the sauna and large spread of foods available at the buffet breakfast.

A comfortable stay, at a fair price. Check in staff friendly and helpful and enjoyed a lovely breakfast, however, the rooms are a little dated and tired and the bar prices are very expensive for a four star hotel.
