Was not happy with their service for being a 5 star hotel. Lots of miscommunication and mistakes. I would not recommend this hotel to a friend/family.

The rooftop pool is excellent, with a nice view of the city and ocean and friendly and helpful staff. It's open 24 hours which is a big bonus! Breakfast was delicious and the egg custard tarts were too good and added a few cm to my waist.

Location: 10 minutes walk from Liberty Avenue, 25 minutes walk from the old town

After hearing that we went to Madeira Island, they recommended the Azores. Let's wait for a chance to come to Portugal next time haha. The hotel is in a very good location. It is very close to Liberty Avenue and surrounded by parks. It is very quiet and not far from the airport. If you are not in a hurry, you can walk to some attractions in the city. I recommend the Italian restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. The pasta is very good. The front desk can help you make a reservation. The only drawback is that there is a little water leakage on the floor of the shower room. You have to wipe it with a bath towel yourself, which does not affect much.
