I am a solo female traveller in my 70s, on arrival I was shown to a tiny room similar to Harry Potters cupboard under the stairs with no window, I asked to move rooms which the hotel accommodated for my first night however the radiator was broken and the room was freezing cold and there was no hot water. Whilst out in Lisbon the next day I received a call from the hotel saying they moved me out of that room as the hotel was fully booked and I needed to find alternative accommodation. I am in my 70s and unable to use the Internet abroad, the hotel wouldn't help me find alternative accommodation therefore I had to walk around Lisbon in the rain with my luggage to try and find somewhere else to stay. The hotel will not refund me for the 2 nights I didn't stay. I was very upset and frightened, and had a horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Customer service was awful.
