위치좋고 깨끗한데 첫날 난방이 안되서 춥다했더니 정상이라고 하면서 담요한장 추가해주고 말더라구요.
그리고 담날 나갔다오니 고쳐져있었다는...
그래서 서비스와 시설에서 하나씩 빱니다.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond make our stay enjoyable. This property is in the perfect location to visit Lisbon. The breakfast was excellent and we had supper here once and it was excellent. We highly recommend this property

I like that the location was close to everything. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
Located in the center of everything you will encounter noise late in the night or early mornings. This happens and I will pick a location away from the center of everything.

Great service, fun location, lots of action and music on the street but the double paned windows blocked the noise so it was easy to sleep if we went to bed early. Comfy beds, great pillows, just loved this place!

Staff were brilliant. Hotel is in a great location. We were on the first floor and there was quite a bit of
noise from the street at night (mainly music).

A lovely warm welcome with traditional treats on arrival. The location was perfect. Staff were attentive and able to give good advice about the area, including dining options. Rooms were very clean and a good range of breakfast options. Definitely would return. Great value for money.

Hotel is in an excellent location, walkable to everything.
The staff was always friendly and courteous. They’re quick to resolve any problems that came up (eg. I reported the water was slow to drain in the shower and they sent someone to repair it while we were out). One day, touring Sintra I popped my knee and needed to ice it. There’s no ice machine in the hotel but front desk said will send someone up with some ice. By the time we made our way to our hotel room, the same front desk person was knocking on our door already with a bag of ice. Great prompt service!
They offered a helpful map and a quick orientation of the areas surrounding the hotel as well as major attractions and landmarks.
Very pleased with the property and customer service. We would not hesitate to stay here again!
