위치좋고 깨끗한데 첫날 난방이 안되서 춥다했더니 정상이라고 하면서 담요한장 추가해주고 말더라구요.
그리고 담날 나갔다오니 고쳐져있었다는...
그래서 서비스와 시설에서 하나씩 빱니다.
친절하고 좋으셨는데... ㅎㅎ

The staff was so warm and friendly. They were very informative about locations and use of transportation around the area. It was also my parents birthday and they had left us a nice cake. Cant fault the team and hotel at all. Would come back. Prime location!

On arrival we were given a lovely port and de nata tarts and told that we were upgraded to a better room because we were ******* Silver members
which would have been great - but the upgrade room was pretty small with a sloping ceiling, so we kept hitting our heads, due to the sloping ceiling the lights are angled straight into your eyes whilst laying on the bed, the table with all the stuff on it is so small that while chilling you could'nt watch the tv clearly,
bed was good, shower was very good, there is no where to hang your towels after use so we had to use the doors of the closets
this didn't negatively impact our stay but probably didn't add anything either

This Hotel was amazing, location is perfect, in the Center of the historic area. Metro station is 2 mins walking distance and many cable car stops as well. Many restaurants and coffee shops around. Staff was very attentive and nice. Just be aware that there’s a lot of noise in the street until 11pm and sometimes around 1am-2am when they pick up the trash in the street.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond make our stay enjoyable. This property is in the perfect location to visit Lisbon. The breakfast was excellent and we had supper here once and it was excellent. We highly recommend this property

I like that the location was close to everything. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
Located in the center of everything you will encounter noise late in the night or early mornings. This happens and I will pick a location away from the center of everything.

Great service, fun location, lots of action and music on the street but the double paned windows blocked the noise so it was easy to sleep if we went to bed early. Comfy beds, great pillows, just loved this place!

Staff were brilliant. Hotel is in a great location. We were on the first floor and there was quite a bit of
noise from the street at night (mainly music).
