Small cars only because tight turns down into a subterranean parking area, helpful Reception, comfortable room, bathroom/bidet/shower, two single beds, mosquitoes on the second floor (!!), nice breakfast selections,

This is very good hotel considering the price I paid vs other hotels. It’s clean and staff available 24h and helpful. You have to pay for Breakfast if you want to eat there. It’s very simple one so don’t expect much there except egg, cereal or oatmeals one or two kinds of cheese. Coffee and few different juices. Also few pastries. Most like about it is how close to all attraction and city center for the tourist. It’s 2 minutes walking from metro, tram and bus pickups. You just need to ask which line to take to go where you want.

Lack of professionalism and bad behavior of the employees, had one the worst stays Iver had in my entire life, the place is very centred but the street is very ugly, the hotel is not that bad, the problem is the employees that are very rude and don't even speak English

Holder på reglerne..(checkin er 14 og ikke 13:55), men ellers fin service.
Væggene er lidt tynde men ellers rent og pænt.

Nous revenons d'un week-end de 3 jours / 2 nuits au sein de cet hôtel. Certes l'emplacement est assez pratique, ligne de métro verte à proximité. Mais les avantages de cet hôtel s'arrêtent là. La directrice est simplement imbuvable, elle prend de haut aussi bien ses employés que ses clients. Les chambres sont basiques et bruyantes, et pour la nôtre sans climatisation fonctionnelle (pour un 3 étoiles, c'est le minimum), après de multiples demandes on nous ballades : la clim ne fonctionne qu'à partir de 16h / il faut attendre 1h pour en ressentir les effets / il fait trop chaud dehors pour qu'elle fonctionne... La douche manque de pression, et l'eau froide est limitée. Le bidet, lui, était bouché.. Le petit déjeuner est lui plus que sommaire (pas d'œuf, ni de jus frais). Le système de bagagerie est inexistant, il sont à disposition devant le bar. Bref, passez votre chemin, vous trouverez mieux ailleurs.
