Excellent service giving us a very welcome feeling. The location of the hotel is at the centre of the tourism area and metro is just right below the building, which is very convenient to any place that you want to visit. The breakfast is nice and the breakfast room would let you have a good morning. Also, the view of the roof top bar is fabulous, I highly recommend to at least have a drink there.

I had covid and had a passing in the family and the hotel would still not grant me a refund despite sending proof of both. Pretty disappointed in the way this was handled.

Location was amazing. Walkable to everything in Lisbon. Breakfast was delicious. Rooftop closed for renovations and we didn’t find out until it was too late to cancel.

這是非常值得推薦的酒店，門面不大，但位置很好，早餐也很好，我問服務生人不多buffet是否很不合算，他説夏天時人很多的，冬天人少時有時會提供點單的形式；酒店給了我一個可以看得見街景、Castelo和海的房間；另外7樓還有一個酒吧風景很不錯，可惜最後才發現。下次來還選它。

Fantastic hotel in Lisbon
Loved this hotel. Great location and great staff. We needed parking and it was very good with lift access to the car once parked. Lots of restaurants etc around. The hotel has an excellent rooftop bar.
