The Indy House - Rooms & Apartments

Hello everyone, I stayed in this property from September 14th to 20th, let's start with the booking, the site did not give me the possibility to book the same room for the entire duration of the stay, during the week I managed to book for two days in a row but on the weekend it is impossible, you have to book only one night, this means paying an extra fee of EUR 50 per day just for cleaning; consequently I had to book 4 different rooms.. the property does not have luggage storage, this means that in case of a room change you should wait for the check in times at 3.30 pm, I tried several times to contact the property, asking to be put in the same room but nothing to do.. they exceptionally authorized me to leave my luggage in the room with the responsibility of the staff to transport my luggage from one room to another. Upon arrival I had no problems (at least the first night) the room seemed welcoming, the management is with codes there is no reference nor anyone who welcomes you .. each room corresponding to the floor has a kitchen, the coffee machines do not work .. the second room was a disaster, the price was convenient considering that the room had a nice large balcony, too bad that the sheets were dirty and I found hair in the bed and on the towels and the air conditioning did not work. I tried to contact the emergency number but no one answered me, I had to contact them on wtsup where a while ago they told me that they would give me another room, but unfortunately in the other room I found the same situation with the hair... I stayed in my penultimate room, again towels with hair and dirty, same thing with the sheets, the shower did not work well... unfortunately it was difficult to sleep, because it is a very old building, every movement in the room upstairs, you can hear it... as if at any moment the floor could collapse... I tried to call the emergency number again, but they answered me from Porto, even though I selected Lisbon, no one gave me support... last room, I put my food in the fridge assigned to me, to find out the next day that it was broken and I had to throw everything away.. no one gave me support, I listen, I was told that they will reimburse me for the lack of cleaning.. I paid 50 euros a day to have dirty rooms.... I advise you to avoid this place and go elsewhere.. terrible
