We had a comfortable stay, the apartment itself was stunning and well equipped - kettle, cooking things, fridge, freezer, washer. Check in process was seamless, no staff - all done digitally but easy to follow. I liked the fact you have codes and not keys, removed the risk of losing the keys!
The only negative is the street at night is very very loud and in Bengal town and therefore as females we found it quite intimidating at times as there was groups of men lining the street. Location is ideal however and short walk to stations for links around Lisbon!

Everything was perfect, accommodation near the metro which allows you to get around easily, many things accessible on foot as well.
The only downside was that the check-in terminal stopped working when I checked in, so I was charged twice (email sent to the hotel hoping to be reimbursed...

It's good because it's close to tourist attractions. However, there are a lot of people in the alley near the entrance, so it's scary for women to go alone~^^

The apartment is very good, very clean, everything is very practical, very accessible, good price. The problem is that it is on a street that looks like Beirut and since I was with children, it was a bit scary at first.
There were several fights at night in the street and it is not well soundproofed.

The location of the accommodation is good for sightseeing, but since it is a place where Indian people live together, security is not good, so it is not suitable for walking alone in the evening. And the most important thing is that the luggage storage locker operated by the accommodation did not work even though I put Euro money in it, so I contacted the number listed, but they avoided responsibility by saying that they could not provide any help. It's the worst
