Lisbon Serviced Apartments - Benformoso

The location of the hotel is excellent, very convenient for visiting nearby popular attractions. However, the self check-in process is quite complicated, and the apartment door lock requires frequent calls to the front desk. The intercom volume is very low, which makes it difficult to communicate, especially at night. Additionally, the neighborhood is very lively and noisy until late, which can disturb sleep. Regarding luggage storage, it costs £2 per use. We tried twice and ended up paying an extra €2. After inserting the first coin, we had to call the front desk for assistance. The staff’s attitude was poor, saying “I don’t know what to do, and I’m not here,” so we had to pay an additional €2 to store our luggage. We hope the hotel can refund the extra €2 we were charged for luggage storage.

I was a staying on ground level. It was very noisy outside late at night. People were talking on the street. It was not the best neighbourhood.

The room itself is lovely and clean. However, the location is centred in a busy street with lots of people around. It didn’t feel particularly safe there. It is a self serviced apartment so a lot of enquiries are through calls to resolve. The guy who picked up on our call had horrible attitudes. We were trying to ask about the locker usage and signals weren’t at its best so we asked two to three times to double check if this is the hostel help line. The caller were impatient at the start and yelled at us at the end. It truly was a shame to the nice apartment. The horrific service was the deal breakers I wouldn’t recommend hostel with this kind of attitudes and service.
