The hotel is well located near the Saldanha metro station (red and yellow lines, direct connection to the airport), and there are restaurants, a pharmacy, and a supermarket within walking distance. However, it's a bit of a walk to the old town/city center, so sometimes a Bolt bus is more convenient than the otherwise well-developed public transport.
Housekeeping does a good job, but they left the room window open all day with temperatures sometimes in the single digits, so when we returned that evening, the room temperature was only 13°C. This happened again two days later, despite the receptionist's warning when booking.
The beds all have rubberized mattress protectors, which make them creak when you lie down. If you're sensitive to noise while sleeping, like me, this hotel is unfortunately not recommended. The breakfast is adequate, but don't expect a huge buffet.
