Hotel staff was extremely helpful with directions and meeting my wife’s and my requests. The room was excellent and the breakfast buffet was outstanding!

Coldest welcome i've ever received for checkin. Concierge more helpful and he parked our car into hotel garage. Overnite parking is 15 euros per day. Good breakfast..5 kin walk to metro station. Beds comfortable but windows are not sound proof- woken by ambulance/ police siren twice

Extremely bad service, we have reserved a room for 2 people but the receptionist insisted that we only reserved a room for a single person, even though we have double confirmed with the trip com that we have really booked a room for 2 people. The reception charged us for 12 euro and wasted us 2 hours! And thus delayed our trip and we cannot have enough time to travel around the city . We puzzled why the receptionist only keep saying that it's the duty of the reservation department but none of her business, she didn't confirm with her colleagues as well 😕. Although finally trip com said that they will contact the hotel and will refund to us if it's their fault, no one compensated us for the travelling time lost nor the trip.com or the hotel

Good hotel with very good location.

This was an amazing hotel in Lisbon. Clean, well located and the staff super nice and willing to help. My experience in Portugal was awesome in a big part because of this hotel. Totally recommended!

Great value for money

The room was big and clean. Great value for money. Transportation is convenient.

Nice, relaxed hotel with friendly service. It's also conveniently located in terms of metro and walking. But we didn't receive any of the vip benefits we were supposed to.

clean, bright and spacious room. However, no complimentary water. No veg and salad for breakfast. Hope more choices of food for breakfast. Other than these, hotel is very nice. Bell boy was very helpful and efficient, approached us to unload the luggage from our car right away.

The hotel is about a 15min walk to old town 25 min walk to beginning of Alfama. Its on Lisbon’s fancy boulevard with high end stores. The hotel is quiet and offers all the amenities needed for a comfortable quilet stay.

Fantastic location, especially for the hop on hop off bus. Bina at the front desk was especially helpful in guiding us to local points of interest. Opportunity for improvement: ventilation system.

The staffs are great, they are helpful and friendly, always available. The cleanliness is a bit not as great, as I noticed that they didn't clean floors during daily cleaning up, always forgot to refill amenities, and bath towels are not sparkling clean like some other hotels. The location is good though, and the rooms are quiet, air condition is working great, water pressure is good, I recommend this hotel and will come back. The perks ******* offered as VIP rewards can't be claimed as we are visiting Portugal, most of the time we were out for visiting and we were told by hotel staff that the latest we book the steam has to be no later than 8pm that was quite disappointing and we were unable to make it, hope they can change that. And one last drawback about this hotel is that they never read emails so communication break down between hotel and customers.

The staff are amazing! The best service ever. The location of this hotel is perfect for sightseeing. The hub for the Hop-on Hop-off bus is just 2 blocks away. Lots of high end shopping in the neighbourhood. The service and food at the in house restaurant is great. The breakfast served in the morning was very good as well. The hotel is under going some renovations, however work is only being done during the daytime hours. The comfort of the bed and pillows were not the best. Parking was a little pricy, but the staff took care of parking the car! Would recommend staying here when in Lisbon.

Hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpfully, restaurant is very nice with the great food, breakfast is good, but nothing special. In the room coffee and tea only for two cups,if you would like additional it's will be on charge, mini bar is full but everything even water and cola on charge. Location is nice, subway is 100 m from the hotel, that you can go to any direction.
