Extremely bad service, we have reserved a room for 2 people but the receptionist insisted that we only reserved a room for a single person, even though we have double confirmed with the trip com that we have really booked a room for 2 people. The reception charged us for 12 euro and wasted us 2 hours! And thus delayed our trip and we cannot have enough time to travel around the city . We puzzled why the receptionist only keep saying that it's the duty of the reservation department but none of her business, she didn't confirm with her colleagues as well 😕. Although finally trip com said that they will contact the hotel and will refund to us if it's their fault, no one compensated us for the travelling time lost nor the trip.com or the hotel
