Augusta Residence Apartments

I don’t usually leave reviews, but our stay was amazing and we had to share! You will not get a better location than this! Central to all the hot spots, sightseeing, shopping, food & drink and night life. Everything is walking distance and if you can’t walk somewhere there is easy public transport links! We stayed in apartment B on the 3rd floor. I was a bit apprehensive as it was the first time I’d stayed in serviced apartments were there was no one to greet us but Pedro & Alexandra’s instructions of how to check in were very straight forward. Also prior to arriving all our questions were answered very timely by Pedro & Alexandra. Very spacious, clean and plenty of amenities available to us. A few suggestions, would be useful to have a full length mirror in the apartment and also a mirror in the bedroom closets to the kitchen. A few extra towels, as you never know when you'll need them! As our flight wasn't until the evening and we weren't able to use the apartment longer it would be useful to have some luggage storage facilities on sight although storing them at the airport wasn't an issue. We defiantly look forward to staying with yourselves again and will highly recommend your apartments. Thank you for having us.

Although the location is great and it’s beautifully decorated, it’s not worth the price. The ceiling is so low that we bumped our heads all the time, we even had to move the beds so as not to crush our foreheads when we went to sleep or wake up. It was also impossible to use one side of the kitchen table for the same reason. Another bad point was the check in at 4 pm and if you arrive before and the place is ready they charge you half a day more if you enter, THERE IS NOWHERE TO LEAVE THE BAGS UNTIL THAT TIME!! I definitely DON’t RECOMMEND IT
