Fantastic hotel. Not exactly in the centre but I liked it. Shopping centre 30 seconds walk away and €5 to get to all the tourist bits. Hotel staff super friendly, lovely big standard classic rooms; great decor and feels very special. Really enjoyed my stay.

The service is excellent from reception checking in to breakfast experience. Very good quality of food on breakfast and good bakery. Convenient location with nice river view. Room very comfortable with coffee machine and daily supply.

Very nice

The hotel is not in the center of the tourist attractions. You need to take a car to go everywhere. Fortunately, Lisbon Bolt is very cheap. The hotel is generally old and the facilities are a bit outdated. The gym is also very small and the service staff is quite enthusiastic.

The room is okay, there is a supermarket nearby

It's more emotional. The river view is good, the floor is high, the view is clear and bright

Overall it is good, the sound insulation effect is good, and it is not far from nearby attractions. There is a noodle shop next to it, which is so chewy, I ate it twice. The second time I also added a noodle for 2 euros

Hotel decoration is very old

This was a good hotel in terms of cleanliness and room size however it is not geared towards family stays, much more of a business or convention hotel with little in the way of facilities for family stays. The staff were very polite and helpful apart from in the small swimming pool area which is not designed for children and my son was given out to for making noise in the pool. The breakfast coffee needs to be improved.

If you want a star 5 property that has NO phone, computer, or any technology in your room and sit in a moldy sauna, as well as taking a taxi to go anywhere, and THEY WILL NEVER FILL your water in room like all the other hotels I stayed in Scotland and Spain that were 5 star hotels, and they wash your “cafe” cups in your sink by washing them literally in bathroom sink, and charge you for drinks you did not take (I got extra soda and water) Oh! It’s hot in your room (you can’t turn the AC down) if a 1985-1995 room is for you at their price, this is the hotel for you. I hated it. They also could have warned us that their military would be there and cut you off and watch every second. That was ridiculous.

Great place to stay and travel to all sites in Lisbon. The five star rating is well deserved!!

Dom Pedro was a truly amazing experience - they exceeded all expectations. The Customer Experience Manager was awesome - Gold Member room upgrade, champagne and birthday cake for my wife's birthday, fresh fruit and chocolates every day, access to the VIP lounge, special offers for dining and the spa. Large room, top quality bedding and towels, bathroom accessories etc Highly, highly recommended
