The waitress in the restaurant chatting in French to our face “Where are they from”, the other one “China”. I happen to speak French so I’m quite surprised. This is the first time I experienced this situation, quite surprised.
国人别去了吧，服务设施各方面都跟不上。订的套房不如普通五星标准房。

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Liberdade und ist doch im Grünen, da die Straße von Bäumen und Sträuchern eingesäumt ist. Mehrere Boutiquen in der Nähe. Kurze Strecke zu vielen Restaurants, der Oper und einigen Theatern. Also ideal gelegen. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind hochwertig. Im Bett konnte ich gut schlafen und das Frühstück war umfangreich. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

這個酒店若干年前住過，當時還是萬豪旗下途傲格系列，體驗非常好！這次再去有了踩雷感覺：
1） 酒店位置很好，對面是索菲特；位置比四季、洲際這些強多了
2）酒店重新裝修了，以前非常精緻，感覺現在像縣城土財主風格，俗而且廉價
3）之前在萬豪app定，下午四點check out。這次攜程訂，兩間房ge三晚，勉強同意一個房間一點check out。後來隔天找了別人再次爭取，才變成兩點。房間也是同檔次最差的
4）服務員態度非常一般。看中國人沒有笑容，尤其裏面的黑人服務員。
5）早餐七點半才開，完全沒想到
6）房間現在沒有熱水壺，需要單要。衞生間很大，但一沒有浴缸，二淋浴地方狹小而且水會直接灑出來，感覺非常沒有品味和智慧
7）房間沒有瓶裝水。現在兩瓶水都是酒店灌裝的，不密封，完全不敢使用！至於這麼摳嗎？
可能我覺得不好，是和以前比太差。里斯本本身是一個很棒的城市！從酒店去步行街遇到的第一個蛋撻店非常棒，比修道院旁邊那個網紅店不知道高到哪裡去了

不錯但大堂香水太濃有点呼吸困難，服務很不錯，有代客泊車。早餐可以，選擇不多但都好吃，烤面包尤其優秀，去必須試下
