Hello the problem was that there is not an axencer and it was 4th floor. Far from the city center we always took a taxi to go to the city center. And the toilet was very small also the shower. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Complicated! If in survival mode, there is no other hotel available in Lisbon, sure there is a bed and a shower here. It is not a hotel, not a bed & breakfast, it is something below it. Structure is bad. HOWEVER, these people were HONEST. By accident I left some valuables(very valuable) just on the bed, for 2 hours. When I came back, me bed was made, everything organized and my valuables well organized close to my pillow. I was happy. More than I can tell about a Mercury Hotel(Chile), in which even an Overcoat disappeared during a "room cleaning". So on maintenance and structure this hotel sucks big time, on the other hand they were honest. Sure there are wayyyyy better hotels, I would not book again, unless as last option. But they were honest!

Thank God it was just for one night ! It was extremely noisy we never slept ! This building is very old and needs a lot of work ! My God I wouldn’t have staid more than one night ! 57 euros for the night was too much for this !

Very friendly staff, good location. However windows are old so we could hear noise from outside.
Walls are so thin, so it's impossible not to hear people from other rooms.

Providing a 1 star would be generous. The beds, so old that springs push through the covers. Sheets thread bare, towels rags. Cleanish. The main problem was the smell from the leaking sewerage system. The staff were generally pleasant, in the mould of the USA polite with a hint of anger and annoyance that one has graced their establishment with a booking. There really are better options

The location is good, well served by public transport and with restaurants nearby. But the first morning I woke up with strange stitches on my body, thinking about mosquitoes I didn't pay much attention but the next day the affected area stretched significantly. Due to the extent and itching I sought a dermatologist. Cockroach bites! I had to start cortisone therapy and change hotels at my own expense. I reported what had happened to the reception and they only offered to clean the room, no compensation because according to them I had paid via the site. Not even a partial reimbursement of the visit to the doctor. Just sorry and thank you for freeing the room and letting us know about your early departure.

The structure is far from the center which can only be reached by public transport (2 subways). Poor cleaning (a positive note is the daily change of towels). The structure overall appears dilapidated because it is clearly dated and recovered from the top floor of an apartment "isolated from the rest" by plasterboard. In the bathroom there was only one non-working socket and a socket for a free light bulb inside the shower. Extremely noisy, with noises from the street and from inside as each guest passes by. I wouldn't recommend it for a stay longer than one night with no other options. Much more like a hostel. When we arrived at check-in, the property did not know of our arrival despite booking online.
