Very nice hotel. In the very center of Lisbon. Amazing breakfast. Clean rooms. The only negative is the carpet. It absorbs all the smells. Otherwise everything is great. And the amazing restaurant downstairs with very affordable prices

Wedding Anniversary Trip
All the staff very friendly and helpful. On our return to the room (day of our wedding anniversary) they had decorated the bed (see attached) and a few other items. Food was good. This place is ideally placed for the City.

The property is in a great location....but rooms are rather dated....worn/stained carpet. We had a leak about our bathroom...and you can see mould

Overall service is very good. The front desk even updated our stay to a suite. The only issue I have is that we were placed on the first floor which was quite noisy from outside especially the tram passing through on the street right outside the hotel

Great stay
Great stay in a perfect location. Around a 5-7 minute walk to the train station. Close to many restaurants and the main square. Small rooms but normal for european standards

Spent a week in Portugal and had one of the most comfortable stays possible. I have allergies and everything was accommodated when preparing the room for me. The ergonomic pillows saved me ! The room has coffee machine with espresso pods .. for someone who lives on coffee , cudnt have asked for anything better. The staff were always some of the most polite and friendly people around. I tried the seabass fillet w vggies and their tiramisu as well as white chocolate cheesecake. Must try! For someone who is miserable due to hot flashes loved their air conditioning in the room which was a game changer for me. Will go back in a heartbeat

Perfect place for someone who want to explore Lisbon.
Location is perfect, near most of Lisbon's attractions.
The hotel is well designed, with a special golden charm, Rooms are very comfortable, clean. Breakfasts at the restaurant is excellent choice for the daily exploring. Metro station Baixa-Chiado is very close to the hotel also the tram No 28 . All staff are very kind.

Every staff member we met was friendly, courteous, and helpful. We were greeted with a cup of tea and a piece of cake when we checked in! Breakfast buffet was plentiful. They kindly brought up a kettle, cup & saucer and tea for me because I don’t drink coffee. When they found out it was my mother’s birthday, they left a lovely pice of cake in her room. Rain shower was amazing. Location as fantastic. Not too far from the metro with our suitcases, and right next to many restaurants. Would highly recommend!
