Four Seasons Ritz - Lisbon Pros: • Iconic Landmark: The Ritz is an iconic reference in the Lisbon landscape, overlooking one of the main parks of the city. • Serene Lobby Area: The lobby exudes serenity and peace, with ample space allowing guests to find quiet areas for conversations or online meetings. • Classical Decoration: The decor is very classical, featuring numerous beautiful flower arrangements that enhance the elegant ambiance. • Excellent Service: Service levels are outstanding, with attentive staff always nearby and ready to assist. Cons: • No Recent Stay Experience: My recent visit was limited to meetings in the lobby and bar, so this review does not reflect the current state of the hotel rooms and other amenities. Overall, the Four Seasons Ritz remains a prestigious and tranquil spot in Lisbon, perfect for meetings and relaxation, with top-notch service and an elegant atmosphere.

Having stayed at over 25 different Four Seasons Hotels I found the Four Seasons Lisbon Ritz hotel to be the worst of all of the properties that I have stayed at. This hotel is unbecoming of a Four Seasons property in terms of both service as well as the overall experience. Sadly I will consider staying at another hotel during my next visit to Lisbon and have already dissuaded friends/family from staying at this property.

Spent a few days at the hotel for a special occasion with family in Lisbon. It was a fabulous location central and accessible to all the happening places. Staff was outstanding as in any Four Seasons. The hotel had a lovely ambience, the staff was amazing especially the concierge who was most helpful.

Overall this is a very nice hotel and we were lucky enough to get one of the renovated rooms and it was quite nice. But unfortunately this hotel doesn't quite measure up to Four Seasons' high standards on a variety of measures and its location is not really ideal. On most counts the service was exceptional with one big exception - our room would not cool to a comfortable temperature and we called every day to have this looked at. Each time they sent someone but the temperature did not improve. And when we were checking out they asked how everything was and I commented on this and that I was disappointed that they were not able to resolve this during our stay and the response I received was simply "We're sorry to hear this." Not what I would expect from a Four Seasons property. Overall still a very nice hotel and I would be happy to stay there again on a business trip but probably not a vacation.
