Everything's is good, but hotel eletricity Brocken during evening. The wifi not work anymore. It is my second time to stay this hotel, Last time was perfect, but this time is disappointed.

Due to health reasons, it was not possible to fly. The hotel not only did not agree to the meeting, and did not reschedule the date of stay (they tried to reschedule in advance, not on the same day, but earlier). They also stopped answering the phone for calls. Disappointed with this approach to customers.

The hotel is in a good location, the front desk is attentive, the waiters are enthusiastic, and the room is large enough. The surrounding transportation is convenient and eating is convenient. I was lucky enough to see the world's largest cruise ship docked at the opposite port, an Italian-made cruise ship, 288 meters long and more than 60 meters high, which can carry more than 3,000 tourists. Wow. So tempting!

The location is very good. It is facing the seaside. Three minutes away from the main square, the hotel staff are very friendly. The opposite road is the seaside. We all take taxis from the famous brand store street. Although it is not far away, the room is clean, comfortable and high-end, but the little girl at the front desk is always smirking. It can be seen that she is a little impatient. Although the hotel is not in the city center, it is close to the sea. It is very comfortable to walk on the shore in the morning. The hotel is under renovation, and some rooms cannot open windows. The rooms are a bit old, so the comfort is not strong. Breakfast was mediocre.

Great aerial view! The unforgettable experience was driving from Barcelona to Madrid for a day. After a tiring day and not being familiar with the road, it took 5 turns around the hotel tower to find the entrance to the parking lot, which was very crashing. During the epidemic period, I basically stayed in the room. I hope to come back next time.

Very clean, quiet rooms in central location. Excellent breakfast and really nice staff. However the beds and especially the pillows were quite hard and uncomfortable which made it tough to sleep. Also had quite a lot of trouble with the AC.

The hotel location and amenities and the service was perfect. I would like to see them improve their bedding and linens though.
