Montebelo Vista Alegre Lisboa Chiado Hotel

1/ We arrived in Lisbon on an early flight, so we arrived at the hotel before 10 o'clock and were unable to check in. We understood that, but the front desk staff checked our phone number and email and said that they could arrange check-in as early as possible. But in the end there was no news at all. When we returned to the hotel at 4 o'clock, she took out the room card that might have been sent an hour in advance and arrogantly said that we could check in. 2/ We left the hotel the next morning and returned to the hotel around 3pm. Unexpectedly, the room had not been cleaned. We were forced to leave the room after 4pm, saying that the cleaning staff would be off work at 5pm. This was the first time I was forced to sit in the lobby of a so-called five-star hotel while waiting for my room to be cleaned. I was speechless! 3/The hotel's gym is very small! There are only three pieces of fitness equipment and a box room. The space is so small that I can't run at all because I'm afraid of lack of oxygen.
