Upon arriving at the hotel after a long flight, we took a shower and went to bed exhausted only to find the entire bed covered in hairs and stains.
We requested a room change, but the hotel refused
We waited for the receptionist to change our bed sheets at 2 in the morning
The thought of having someone else's hair on us caused us to not sleep all night.
A poor 17 euro compensation was offered by the hotel for this terrible experience - Stay away from this hotel!

Excellent place to stay in Lisbon! The staff is very nice and the hotel is in a great location. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the cake in the afternoon! Thank you for everything!

This boutique hotel is in a great location next to Rossio metro. Very accessible and in the middle of the action. The staff were very nice and helpful. Provided city map and recomemndations for sites to visit and restaurants for dining. I would highly recommend for a Lisbon visit.

Really friendly staff, breakfasts were amazing, very convenient location as it’s right next to a metro station. The room was brilliant and clean with a nice personal touch with a handwritten note. Will be staying again next time I am in Lisbon
