This accommodation was the worst I had ever rented! We arrived at 3. 30pm (check-in time was at 3pm). The flat was very dirty, and the cleaning lady was inside and had just started to clean it! We tried to communicate with her, but she didn't speak any other language but Portuguese. We called the host (Ana), who was extremely angry, and abusive and was screaming at me! She actually started threatening us that we either leave the flat so that the cleaning lady could complete the process (it was already 15.50!) or we could just go to another flat in another part of Lisbon! She couldn't calm down and talk in a professional manner no matter how many times I said to her, "please calm down and listen to me". The room was not in good condition even after it was cleaned. There were spots in the bathtub, a hole (from a cigarette) in the arm of the sofa and the floor was not clean at all! But most of all, we felt that we were not respected.
