I stayed here with my friend from the 2nd to the 6th of August and had an amazing experience! When we arrived, we were given a list of activities and places to visit, along with food recommendations. The staff were incredibly caring and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. When we mentioned wanting to visit the beach, they generously provided us with an umbrella and sunscreen. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was impressive; they were spotless every time we used them. It was also so cute to find ice creams in the fridge for the guests. The list of positives goes on. The hostel is well-situated, next to Intendente metro station, and within walking distance of many places. When we checked out, they even offered us magnets of Lisbon 🥹. I highly recommend Hostel 15 to anyone visiting Lisbon. Thank you, Hostel 15! 🙏🏼

i don't know where to start for explaining how this whole experience here was amazing, from the beginning till the end. the attention to the client was absolutely on point, everytime the owner was talking to us and advicing us places to visit, and everytime was a pleasure to talk to his kind soul. the cleaning of the bedrooms has left us shocked, the standards are not the one of an hostel but the one of an hotel. for not talking about how he saved our lives saying to us in which terminal to go for the return, if it wasn't for him we would have remained in the wrong terminal waiting for a plane that was never landing. so in the complex, amazing people, amazing bedrooms, and a pleasure to have found these place among others. we will surely turn back ＜3

I made a mistake and book this place as a hostel, I am not sure may be as a hostel it is good place but there is no private bathroom and the rooms and building are too old. The window can not be fully closed and room is noisy by the street during the night. My stay was mandatory and if you are in a need I think you can think of there.

The place is fantastic. It has cinematic charm. The location in the city is very good, with a short 10€ walk. 15 along an illuminated and busy avenue you can reach Rossio or Martin Moritz Square from where the famous tram 28 leaves (it's worth it). At first the multicultural mix of people in the neighborhood, mostly Hindus, is surprising and causes some strangeness, but the area is safe, lively and with businesses open until late, which gives it a lot of life, the city does not shut down like others in Europe . The rooms on the first floor are completely renovated to new, with excellent design and comfort in the bathrooms. The bathrooms are shared, but there was almost no overlap with other passengers. The cleanliness of these bathrooms is unobjectionable. The second level has not yet been renovated so the bathrooms are a little older but equally clean and neat. On the second level there is a (new) kitchen. To heat water or food (not for cooking). Electric kettle, refrigerator, microwave. Very clean, complete, with cutlery, paper napkins, plates, etc. sink with hot water. It. Served by a very willing family, always smiling. The beds, pillows, very good. We chose a room facing the street, with a balcony, we like to participate in urban life. There are quieter ones in the back. We will return to Lisbon and Hostel 15! 👍👍👍👍👍

Ho dato 5 punti per il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Posizione molto comoda vicino alla metro ma anche alla fermata del famoso tram 28, che noi abbiamo preso dall’altra parte della strada. Noi avevamo una quadrupla con bagno in comune. Sul nostro piano c’erano 3 camere doppie e la nostra quadrupla. Avevamo a disposizione 2 bagni ad uso comune trovati sempre puliti. La camera pulita con 1 letto a castello e 2 singoli. Struttura molto semplice con l’essenziale ma per visitare la città comodissima. L’host ci ha dato molte indicazioni sia per visitare che per mangiare. Lo consiglio per chi cerca una struttura al giusto costo per visitare la città.
